This site is your own community site, bringing you
all the latest news and activities within your own
personal neighborhood.

Summerhill is a community of about 1800 homes,
built by Tribute, H&R and Acorn ,
with the first homes
occupied in 1995.
Summerhill north is on the north side of Mulock Dr
between Yonge and Bathurst. The newest area Summerhill south
is on the south side of Mulock Dr between Yonge and
Bathurst. Summerhill is a fabulous family oriented
neighbourhood with a variety of homes ranging from townhomes, semi detached and detached homes
up to 4000 sq ft.
There are
several schools servicing the site
and from Elementary to High school are within walking
distance within the community.
Summerhill South is adjacent to a commercial complex on Yonge
St that houses a Shoppers Drug Mart ( with drive thru
service) Metro grocery , Blockbuster, fast food and gas
bar, Shoppers Drug mart and Cartridge
World. There is a new retail
development at Clearmeadow and yonge st which
has a walk in clinic and Huge Rexall Drugs
The homes in
Summerhill North consist of Townhomes,
SemiDetached and
Detached home.
They have a unique open Concept style that was
new and popular when this neighbourhood was
first introduced and is considered standard for
new homes under construction.
There are lots of courts and crescents in
Summerhill which have wide appeal for families
of all sizes

all the people that use this Neighbourhood Web Site.
Your site was developed by Brandyn Miller while he was awaiting a
Heart/Lung Transplant. He created this and
other neighbourhood sites as a start to a business and a
thought to his future once he received those long
awaited organs.
On
May 16th ,2005 we got the call that they had
his new organs available. He went into his surgery with a
happy grin and total belief that he would wake up with a
new future. He fought long and hard to stay with us.
Tuesday May 17th he lost that fight.

web site will continue, with the help of his techie
friends as a legacy
and tribute to
“My Brave Son- Brandyn”
Thank you all for making his project successful and giving
him such a wonderful feeling of accomplishment and
community involvement.
