Summerhill is a community of about 1800 homes,
built by Tribute, H&R and Acorn ,with the first homes
occupied in 1995 .
Summerhill north is on the north side of Mulock Dr
between Yonge and Bathurst. The newest area Summerhill south
is on the south side of Mulock Dr between Yonge and
Bathurst. Summerhill is a fabulous family oriented
neighbourhood with a variety of homes
ranging from townhomes, semi detached and detached homes
up to 4000 sq ft.
There are
several schools servicing the site
